RoadSafe Traffic Planning respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about and anything you write in your message.
The website also records anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are pressed. These statistics are stored on this website only. They do not use advertising cookies and are not shared with advertising networks.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To prepare and deliver the traffic management documentation you engage us for.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is needed to deliver your project, for example when lodging a permit application with Transport for NSW or a council on your behalf, or where the law requires it.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored in this website's secure administration area and in our business email. Access is limited to people who need it to do their work. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
